Blown film Technology 

       Only the highest quality raw materials from leading suppliers are used exclusively for this process. We manufacture polyethylene films with fully automatic process with the finest tolerances for film thickness.

Printing Technology

       Thaisilpa has been a pioneer in precision Gravure printing techniques, bringing qualitative printing to a new frontier. Our capability is Gravure printing up to 9 colors and digital printing up to 7 colors for full HD resolutions allowing our customers to profit from a maximal quality and flexibility.

Multilayer film lamination
 

       Our high-tech laminating machinery enables us to produce a wide range of high quality laminated films to meet these requirements that are energy saving and ecologically sound. After processing, we cut the laminated film to fit your targeted specifications.

Vacuum Metalizer

        Vacuum metalized coating is used to deliver aesthetic improvements for flexible packaging to reduce OTR and WVTR to levels similar to that of glass and metal containers. This barrier improved packaging performance, extends shelf life and maintains the quality of the product.

Premade Bag / Pouch Conversion 

       In addition to roll - form supply, Thaisilpa also manufactures bags for many different applications according to your requirements. Precision manufacturing guarantees dimensional accuracy, perforation and hole punching.
